    Porsche accelerator pedal refit

Hello - I've got a 2007 Porsche Cayman S which I'm slow returning back to factory fresh condition. The list of things I've already done to this car are:

Front respray to remove all of the stone chips
    New Windscreen
    New Wheel and replacement tyres
New parcel shelf and a load of the interior trim replaced to remove scratches etc.

I've acquired a new Porsche accelerator pedal to replace the one in the car which is looking abit scuffed. Does anyone have any guidence or instructions on the removal and refit of this?

    Thanks

    Owen

Wow, this might be the first official recording of the first restoration of a Cayman. More power to you.

Hahaha! I hadn't thought of it like that......

Its my first Porsche, before that I had an Audi TT-S and did the same thing with that - I guess I just want it to feel and look like new

Another option is to install 3rd party drilled aluminum pedals. They look better than OEM, and are much less of a pain to install.

If you look at the Sprint Booster instal instructions on Planet-9 you will see how simple it is to remove and re-install the accelerator pedal assembly. 1 screw, 1 connector, 5-mins. tops.

You might even want to add a sprint booster while you are in there
