I'm actually a 23 year-old trapped in a 62 year-old body. Too bad life is a one-lap race, I'd love to do a memory image transfer into a younger body and do it all again. But then, I'd be smart enough to avoid doing all the stupid things that taught me the best lessons.

Results of the old poll (ran Nov. '05 into '07), with 115 responding. No one in North America had a CS when the poll began, but the launch cars were at dealers. Thus, we don't know how many in the age poll actually bought a Cayman, but I know there were a lot of anxious waiters. I have the data broken into 5-year categories like the current poll, but collapsing categories smoothes the curve.

20 or less: 2 (1.7%)
21 - 30: 24 (20.9%)
31 - 40: 31 (27.0%)
41 - 50: 26 (22.6%)
51 - 60: 21 (18.3%)
61 - 70: 09 (7.8%)
71 - 76: 02 (1.7%)

I'm 54 going on 18. That is the age that I got to take a first real close look at a Porsche during the 1973 6 Hours Watkins Glenn race. I remember it like it was yesterday.
Every time I get behind the wheel of the CS I feel like a teenager again. Its a wonderful filling.

Subtract years of Porsche ownership from age on driver's license to get your true Porsche age. For me 65-35=30, which explains how I feel every time I drive in.
