Deterioration in Service at Princeton Porsche in NJ

I have purchased several 911's from this dealership over the years. They have recently been sold and the experienced professionals have left. Very poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Be careful before you buy there. They have also stopped contributing to the local porsche clubs for their events.

Princeton was bought by the same group who owns Don Rosen Porsche across in PA. That group has taken DR to the number 9 dealer in the country by volume and one of the top rated service departments in the country. Princeton had a lot of dead wood and they focused on spending their add dollars at club events and that had to change since their volume was dismal. The key people who left were asked to leave and the whole staff is going to be re-trained to be more customer oriented. While they may not cater to the “racer” or PCA guy per se as much as the past you’ll find they are going to have a lot better trained sales and service people for the rest of the public.Posted 08-08-2009 at 07:46 AM by trader220
