White on Natural leather
Has anyone seen this combination? Salesperson I talked with thought it would not work well.

Are you asking about Natural Brown Leather? One of my favorite interiors. I as so close to placing my order of GT Silver with NB however as many who read this already know I do not like the black headline as a contrast. My eye goes right t the black vs seeing the beauty of NB. If that contrast does not bother you I had a white 911s behind me last week with NB and it was really beautiful. It almost made me doubt my GT Silver since I love NB so much and thought how hot it was with white. Then I said to myself That 911 also has black headliner. It is the only way Porsche will do the headliner with NB from what I was told from several dealerships. Again if that does not bother you White/NB is beautiful IMO. Good luck! Colors choice can drive you crazy. FYI I did stick with GT Silver and Cocoa Cayman S Sept. 3rd completion.

Re: White on Natural leather
I have a lot of time to think about this. Interior will be NB, but exterior not finalized. Currently order for meteor metallic.

Proal; I have a white CS with sand interior and I like this combination a lot, however I would really love to have the NB interior...

Re: White on Natural leather
White with Natural Brown works very well. I've seen the combination on a 997 Turbo Cab. Very nice. But I'd go with White / Dark Grey Natural instead. I think the interior works better overall. You get a light grey headliner that contrasts nicely. You also get exclusivity - there are very few Dark Grey interiors in Caymans. I've never seen one other than my own. I think there are something like three registered on this site.

Re: White on Natural leather
I think that Carrara White with either NB or Carrera Red would be a great combination. As one who has a NB interior, I have to say that I'm very pleased with it, and it gets many positive comments. You are presently at the most exciting point in the ownership process--creating your own personal Porsche that exhibits your taste and judgment. Have fun! 987f

Re: White on Natural leather
i just ordered a 2010 white cs on carerra red interior and i think the combo looks stunning. It really doesn't do it justice you when build it on the porsche configurator. The NB would look equally stunning IMHO.

Re: White on Natural leather
Thanks all for your input as I'm sure this gets hashed around quite a bit. I'm definitely going with the natural leather because I've always liked the look. Exterior color yet to be finalized but I'm getting pretty close. I'm settled on my equipment selection, and yes, this fun. Porsche often gets slagged for the extra cost of options standard on other vehicles. Since starting the purchase process I have really enjoyed this personalization aspect and have decided to forget about the extra costs. When done the car will be exactly what I want and that's
way cool.
BTW had a gray 81 Vette with red leather and really liked it. Red with white should also be very nice.

Re: White on Natural leather
I also have an 2008 C white with sand and the combo is a killer! Looks very classy and sorta gives it an European look, in my eyes anyway. I just got the car last week. The last new 2008 stock left with 75km and they knocked $10K of the sticker price!

White with NB goes very well. I see this combo often here because it is one of the "coolest" combinations you can get. Those who live though a Florida summer know what I'm talking about.

Re: White on Natural leather
I think white w/ NB is an excellent combination.
I also love white w. Cocoa, but then I'm partial to the Cocoa interior. As noted above, somewhat because of how well I think the darker brown works with the black headliner.

White with NB is nice, but I like Cocoa better. It is also nice with one of my favorite interiors,.....Sea Blue.

If you are staying with NB, that's a start. I think silver or Meteor Grey might be better with that interior.
I can tell you Artic Silver is really nice on the car and very easy to keep. The other metallics are probably good to if they're not too dark. I put a good coat of clear coat glaze on mine and have been driving in two rains no washing required except for the wheels and a little touch up with some quick detailer on a couple spots. It looks terrific. I know it's dirty, but it looks clean. I will wash it soon, but it's very nice to not have to.
I would love that interior with any of the darker colors too, but I'm voting for GT or Arctic Silver. I like Meteor, but it's going to show dirt more. So nice to have a clean looking Cayman.

Yeah, it's like a classic white shirt that can go with any color of pants, or the other way ?
Any combo is good as long as you are happy. Just keep in mind popular combos are easier to sell.

Re: White on Natural leather
Natural Brown works very well with white. I saw a CS in that combination when I was in the process of ordering my car. It was outstanding. The quality of Natural Brown that I like is that is neither too light or too dark but right in the middle.
