To all my fellow P9-ers:
I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to everyone in this community. Today marks the 1 year anniversary of me joining this board and Saturday is the 1 year anniversary of me buying my first p-car, my Cayman S. I don't think there have been many days since then that I have not visited here to read the stories and comments from all the other great owners on this board. From modification ideas, tire advice,
articles on how to do things on the car to stories of others finding & buying their special cars and some great deals on the
classifieds, it has been very enjoyable year!
The people and the passion around Porsche is what truly makes them so great. I knew this going in, but this past year around you all, the local PCA clubs and all the great people I meet at every Porsche event I go to, it just reinforces my decision to buy my CS. I look forward to the coming years as we all continue to enjoy these remarkable vehicles and I can't wait to see the 981 (though I won't buy one b/c I'm cheap and I love my 987!).
Lastly, I thought I would leave a small collection of my favorite pictures of my CS from the last year, its been quite the transformation cosmetically and P9 had a great deal of influence and assistance in that process! Now to start on the list of things for next year! Side vents, front splitter/dam and LED Spars are on order! I'm thinking about exhaust and coil-overs for a drop. Then clear engine cover, refinished steering wheel, interior parts painted and maybe red seat belts! Whew!
