rear camber plates

I followed the link in a thread to FVD's rear camber plates and they say the aluminum plate 'offers a wide range of camber possibilities'. looking at the stock piece and their piece I don't understand how. Has anyone modified their rear camber via a camber plate? How did it work?

Re: rear camber plates

With GT3 LCA at all corners, I can't see any benefit in rear camber plates. I have -2.1 in the rear with stock ride height and no mods.

Re: rear camber plates

The hitch is that I needed adjustable toe links to get my -2.4 or so in the rear. I'm having to do without those to get into BSP. Cam plates would take up the slack.

RSS Adjustable Toe Steer Kit

RSS has the solution your looking for. These is our Adjustable Toe Steer Kit. It helps to minimize suspension geometry change and allow toe adjustment at the toe steer arm for cars that have been lowered beyond factory spec. or have modified suspensions.

Re: rear camber plates

Thanks, but that is not the solution I am looking for. I already have adjustable toe links. I have to do without them for SCCA classing reasons and was looking for rear cam plates. In fact, if someone wants a good deal on Tarrett adj links, send me a note...

Doesn't make much sense does it?

Unless rotating 120 degrees one way or the other
varies how much the top of the strut is tilted in.

But everything looks evenly spaced in their pics.

Maybe an e-mail to them is in order.
