Yes....I finally pulled the plug after looking at everything from a '07 CS, C, '08 CS, C etc etc and almost custom ordered a new Cayman.

Luckily, thanks to some excellent advice from you club members, I decided to pursue a '08 CS with following features:

Artic Silver
Preferred Plus Package
Automatic Climate Control
18" CS Wheels

I love it! On the 3 1/2 hour drive back from dealer, we got atleast 3 thumps up from other drivers....some teenagers in Mustang GT tried to race with me Despite the limitation of staying below 4000 rpm for proper brakein, my baby still managed to smoke them!

I want to thank every one who responded to my several queries and helped me fulfill my dream of owning a truly marvelous piece of engineering and beauty! I just sneaked out of bed to see my baby before posting this thread...

Congrats. I know the feeliing - just picked up my new 2.7L two days ago. I can't resist just looking at it...when I'm not driving it. Good luck and enjoy it
