New Guy, New Cayman Owner
Greetings. Another new Caymanite here. I'll take delivery of an '07 Artic Silver Cayman on Saturday. It's my first Porsche, and like many others the fulfillment of a life long dream.
I found this site linking from the PCA home page. Great site. Lots of info for a Cayman (and Porsche) newbie. I'm glad I found my way here.
Hopefully this is the correct place to introduce myself. I'm still finding my way around the forum.

Welcome to the best Cayman site in the world (as far as I know), and congratulations on your excellent taste in cars.
There is a lot of information of all kinds on the Cayman here. Take your time snooping around and you'll soon discover just how huge this place is.

Welcome and Congrats on your new Cayman! There are other Porsche websites out there, but nothing that compares to Cayman Club when it comes to this model.
Please post some pics of your new ride when you get a chance.

Welcome
I also am a new owner of Cayman & Porsche. This site absolutely ROCKS! I'm getting the car ready for some track days and have been able to sort through several questions. Ken, the moderator does a fantastic job.

Welcome to Cayman country. You won't regret your purchase. I've had mine for about 5 months now and have loved every second of it.

What options did you get, or rather, how did the car come equipped?

If I'm lucky I get to pick up my Carrara White Cayman S today! It's been a long four months of waiting.

Wow,
There seems to be a whole bundle of 'New Recruits'....
Welcome to them all.......
I found this site after I had bought my Cayman, and now I am much Poorer having been encouraged to modify the 'Yellow Peril' beyond any sense of resonableness.
Hope our 'Newbies', have either a better:
1) Sense of Self Control
or
2) Pots of spare Cash.............!

Thanks everyone for the welcome. And congratulations to the all the new Cayman owners.
Here's how my base Cayman is equipped:
Bi-Xenon Headlamp Pkg
Bose Surround Sound Sys
Floor Mats
Heated Front Seats
Self-Dim Mirrors & Rain Sensor
Wheel Caps With Colored Crest
Can't wait to drive it on my favorite motorcycling roads.

Beautiful shots! I have to agree... I have one in arctic silver, as well, and I don't think it needs a thing. It's perfect the way it is. Just a beautiful car! Best wishes and many great miles to you...
