new owner

I'm so excited. I just purchased my first Porsche. Actually, I've never even driven one until last month...then I was hooked. Anyway, I purchased an 06 CS in GT Silver. I appreciate all who make this website what it is. I've spent a lot of time on it.

Actually, I hate them for making this website so great because I spend so much time on it...

Welcome aboard. GT Silver is one of my favorite colors. We need pics and specs.

When will you be doing your first driving event at a track?

You
Must
Try
IT
Once.

You won't regret it. It makes every other day driving the car more pleasurable.

***** Congrats. Once you've owned one, the love of Porsche will never leave you. I went 25 years from my 356 SC to my 07 CS. Now it's like old times, only better.

Congratulations on your car - great color! The subliminal messages that are a part of this site really do work (Thanks Ken)!

Seriously, just like you my 06 CS was my first Porsche although I had the good fortune to drive a variety of them on and off for a few years. Think about this comment from a Porsche owner (non-Cayman) who I talked to at the Reno Historic Races last weekend(lots of Porsches on the track and in the Corral): "How do you like your Cayman S?" I love it. It's my first Porsche. "Your first Porsche? What a great car for your first Porsche."I thought about that comment from someone who has owned P-Cars for years and felt thrilled all over again! Enjoy!
