Anyone get PCM w/ Extended Nav?
Extended Navigation allows navigation on unmapped roads via GPS and compass... Is it worth the extra $205?

Since no one has answered, I'll give it a go. The main difference is a new submenu that allows reverse mapping (and saving) of a trip just based on the path taken and the GPS location. The screen also has a digital compass indicator that is not on the regular screen.



I would be surprised if the regular Nav is any better, so in my opinion the reverse route mapping is the main feature you are paying for.
