Help with Nav = Pioneer AVIC D3

So ive decided to jump on the D3 bandwagon. Ok i got these things:
1) double din kit w/ bezel from the euro guy on ebay that should come with harness
2) 1000W 4 channel crappy amp
3) Avic D3
4) Bluetooth and Ipod adapter

1) Where do you put the Bluetooth and ipod adapter
2) I'm in the DFW area, recommend any shop and at what price?
3) some indepenent guys are willing to do for so far: 140, 150 and 230. Is that a decent price?
4) I insist on no wire cutting and they say mostly likely fine.

I apologize if these questions have been asked many times before...I just really have no clue about eletrical things for cars...I'm a med student.

Thank you.

Re: Help with Nav = Pioneer AVIC D3

Thanks!! Also, I'm thinking of adding the rear view camera...and i read that a past post by someone said that it was super easy 15min and does NOT REQUIRE removing bumper...is that true? Thank you. The BT that I have is the pioneer BTB 200...it looks huge!
