how do i change the clock to 12H format?
i can't seem to figure out how to change from 15:00 to 3:00 - is that a dealer thing?

You can refer to your Owner's Manual to do this. "the time mode can be changed between 12h and 24h in the on-board computer". See page 113 of the '06 Manual.
