I have the R4-S. They are great. Call Livermore Performance for application.

These are just for my summer driving, won't go back to the track until late in the year when its cooler. It was 90 degrees in ButtonWillow on Saturday the 12th of April and apart from maybe the infield at CalSpeedway early next month, thats pretty much it for me.

People say that the stock brake pads are no good on the track either but I personally have never had a problem apart from wearing out to fast.

For DE or AX applications I heard that the R4-S compound are great.

Thks.

G.

I used to sell Porterfield R4S in 2007.
The invoice comes with a clearly stamped:
"Not For Track Use"

Please take it seriously.
A/X is possibly ok (?) - but for track use they are less capable, by far, than the stock pads.
They are simply not for any track use.
