7mm Spacer Question

Hi All,

I have ordered Eibach 7mm Spacers for the back of my Cayman S (7mm on each side) I have also ordered the correct longer bolts from Porsche.

I am only doing the rear wheels.

My wheels (Carrera Sports) Currently have locking wheel nuts on them.

I dont want to have two different sets of locking nuts on the car.

Can I use the existing shorter locking wheel nut in one of the holes?

So basically use 4 longer ones, and one standard locking one.

Or is this a big no no?

Thanks

Re: 7mm Spacer Question

How much longer are the bolts that came with the 7mm spacers? If not much, then you might be fine, but it really depends on how many threads you have to grip with the shorter ones. You know Boothe Design makes a set of locking longer bolts that you could use front and back that don't even look like locking bolts. See Boothe Designs, Porsche parts and accessories, No-Turn Technology for contact info.
