Congrats On the 08 CS Sport Purchase
You have 2 choices for this Upgrade and I will try and Objective and neutral.
The IPD Plenum and Flash you have already discovered and the Softronic SRP with Flash that you should also research.
Both makers of these products are sponsers on this site so with all due respect they are Both great products and its up to YOU to do some research like most of us have before determining what product is most suitable for you.

Pls-- no scientific stuff-- just lay terms

In Lay terms it will increase the HP enough to notice a difference ,My sugestion is adding a aftermarket exhaust as well to make the package complete. If I am not mistaken there is a special going on Right now in your local neighborhood.

Re: Evom rs350 kit

Steve,
Your question arrives just in time as I have completed my own RS 350 with the EVOMSit ECU flash just over a month ago.

It all started with an IPD plenum that I’ve had my eye on for over a year. Picked it up less than ½ price, installed it myself and… didn’t feel worth the money. Then, the holiday’s arrived with a Milltek cat-back exhaust that was supposed to be quiet, but turned out boomier than expected. I cant see how others, with the Borla cat-back keep from going insane on daily touring car like mine. Finally, opened up the song with the EVOMSit flashed locally here at TKX Performance in Huntington Station, NY (you have to specify what upgrades you have when they download your software from Arizona). When I got home, I dropped a BMC racing in intake air filter to complete the package.

At first it took a while for the ECU to adjust to the greater volume of oxygen. Then, I had it up at Monticello Motor Club for 2 days and was literally howling around the track. I thought the torque was up quit a bit but, over 5000rpm the horsepower kicks up to about 350! Others who have been in the car remark about the increase in torque. I’m more excited about the horsepower, and spend a lot of time around town over 4000rpm so I can stomp it at will. It is like having a new car! Your looking at around $3700.-$4000. installed for the package. Then.. they have an RS 360 (sports catalysts exhaustheader/under-drive pulley/lightweight flywheel) for more money.

I’m very satisfied!

Stevie,

I didn't realize that you had this package in your car. Had I known, I would have paid closer attention to how your car went when I was driving with you at Monticello, and I might have requested a ride.
