Coco mats in black interior?

Any pictures of coco mats (black preferably) in black Cayman interior? I'm considering ordering a pair, but don't want to make my interior more 'casual' if you will. Input appreciated.

Re: Coco mats in black interior?

I had a pair in another car and really didn't like them. They allow all the dirt and stuff to filter down to the carpet.

Re: Coco mats in black interior?

Thanks for the input. The real ones are pricey at that. Maybe I'll just continue to reach for the Dyson handheld 3-4 times per work week. I don't like dirt and debris on my mats. Tradeoffs I guess.

Why not get the ones with rubber backing?

Check coco mats.com. Link above. Rubber backed. Made to fit..Bose/ no Bose. No dirt gets under them. 40K miles on my 07 CS. Brighten the interior too.

Re: Coco mats in black interior?

they are rubber backed now as old dude stated. I have a pair in my 914... wouldnt say they would look right(at least mine) in a modern car.

Re: Coco mats in black interior?

I just ordered a set of black herringbone from here:

Welcome To Cocomats.com

I have a set in my wife's 328i in black with tan dots and they really make the interior "pop". They have shown no wear after 3 years or so and to clean simply remove from car and shake them out. Great product.

Please post pictures of them in your Cayman R. That would help in my decision.
