Porsche Mid-Engine Drivers Experience San Jose

Here are some pictures from the Porsche Mid-Engine Drivers Experience in San Jose this morning. I didn't get too many snaps, but here is a teaser.

Caymans and cones, what more could you ask for?

Re: Porsche Mid-Engine Drivers Experience San Jose

I'm really bummed.... I was supposed to be there, but out CEO in Montreal called a mandatory exec conf call for 9AM Tuesday to review materials for our BoD meeting on Thur. I tried to talk him out of it

But then he got mad at me... something about 'team player'.... dunno, wasn't listening by then...

Looks like a lot of fun......you lucky dogs !!

Cheers

What was this event? I didn't get any whiff about it at all. Who sponsors it and will there be another?

Re: Porsche Mid-Engine Drivers Experience San Jose

It was an opportunity to try out the new Boxsters and Caymans. I received an invite. I passed. I'm sure it was fun though.

I can't go to all those things, or they will expect me to buy something!!

thanks,
Talk to your dealer, assuming you bought your car from one. If you have a good relationship with them, they keep you in the loop. I have sent folks there that have led to an additional sale or two. That keeps those cards and letters coming.

Nice pics - I like #9 (nice sky and framing). I was in the morning group as well. Got the invite from Stevens Creek Porsche. Look forward to getting a CS. ;-)
