Missing piece from the OEM header.

Hmm, some have it and some do not.

Here is Ken's header:



And from titanic:



See how Ken has a metal heat shield on his? I have seen other pictures with that shield on BOTH headers.

On my car, passenger side is without the shield, driver's side has it.

Can you check your car and let me know?

Mine is a 2007.

The 2006 headers have the shield, the updated 2007 headers do not. I have looked at both side by side.

Thank you. So it makes sense that the updated 2007 have this shield on one side, not the other? Also, what other difference did you discern?
