Weight ( Grade ) of oil from factory ??

HI
As a new owner I would like to have some oil on hand if needed before the first oil change . What Grade of Mobile 1 do the cars come with from the factory .

Every Cayman uses a different grade of oil, recommended by the technician that assembled the engine by hand and after running a drip down test to determine exactly which grade will flow 1 liter in 1 minute at 1 bar of pressure at 100 degrees C. That's why they don't put the oil grade in the owners manual.

OK, that was mean.... I'm just kidding..... I figured having a little fun would take the edge off of the barrage of people who are about to tell you to look in the manual. If you do, you'll find that Porsche recommends 0w-40 Mobil 1.
