My friend drove his '86 911 down there with a couple of other friends from here. He had a blast. We haven't really had a lot of time to chat about his trip yet. He had a blast. That I know.

This image reminds me that although there were seven classes of cars racing, each class (other than the GT3 Cup Challenge) had to, by necessity, include quite different cars. When you have so many wonderful Porsche race cars from so many eras, and series, it means they got grouped roughly into classes, then let loose on the track. It doesn't make for the best "look at all those 956s racing together" type images, but it does show off how special Porsche race cars are, and how historically important they were/are.
