You could use any usb kb with the PS2, I haven't tried it on my PS3. You may want to give it a shot if you have one laying around.

That is a NICE flatscreen. Are you mounting it or putting it on a stand?

Its mounted on the wall over the fireplace. It has a full motion wall mount. I will try hooking up my laptop to the PS3 and see if I can use my keyboard to type. the tv was a xmas gift. very nice 1080p 120hz its like 3D. It also came with a sony blueray dvd player. I havent hooked it up yet. Ive been using the ps3 for blueray.
They stopped making the microsoft HD DVD, I knew sony would blow them out of the competition.
XBOX SUX! Long Live PS3!

I have all 3 current gaming consoles. IMO:

PS3 is the best media center
XBox 360 is better for gaming
Wii is the most fun, if lacking in graphics

Re: 52 inch sony bravia xbr

I have almost the exact opposite impression. The PS3 kills the Xbox 360 for games. The Xbox 360 rocks as a media center, but lacks everywhere else. The Wii is entertaining, but the graphics are atrocious. I have all three as well.

Sorry to hijack the thread.

Love the TV, just got myself a 52" XBR6 as well, but keep your facts straight on BD vs HD-DVD.

HD DVD - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"HD DVD or High-Definition/Density Digital Versatile Disc is an obsolete high-density optical disc format for storing data and high-definition video.[1] HD DVD was designed principally by Toshiba, and was envisaged to be the successor to the standard DVD format. However, in February 2008, Toshiba abandoned the format, announcing it would no longer develop or manufacture HD DVD players or drives.[1]"

Microsoft and the XBox have nothing to do with it. I'm actually surprised Sony won out with Bluray, they have a long track record of failed proprietary formats (beta, minidisc, etc).

Sure looks nice though.
