DETROIT MOTOR SHOW .....VW BlueSport....
The Boxster has got a fight on its hands! Ahead of its debut in Detroit this week, these are the first official images of VW’s baby sports car designed to offer a cut-price alternative to Porsche’s finest - and a more upmarket option to the MX-5.

By the time it hits the streets, Boxsters will be doing 60mph in less than 4.5 seconds. It sure looks nice, but the Boxster will stay a jump ahead in market segmentation.

Owners of the VW will complain, "If VW didn't intentionally keep our cars hobbled to protect Boxster sales WE WOULD ROCK." LOL.

Next...the BlueSport coupe...
