| No West Coast Porsche Customer Service? I could not believe that Porsche does not have any West Coast customer service representative. All Porsche NA customer service is out of Boston? So if you want to talk to someone or have a customer service representative other than the dealer look at your Porsche, your out of luck. Porsche NA Customer Service also refused to give me any information about any local regional manager? Before you dismiss me as a disgruntled owner,a little of my history. I owned a 2005 Cayenne S, 2006 Cayman S, 2008 Cayenne S and a 2012 Cayenne. all purchased new, the Cayenne S's both have had water coolant leaks which were not covered under warranty, $3000 & $2000 respectfully to repair. Yes, even the 2008 new design cooling system failed in the same way as the old plastic coolant tubes after 60K miles so beware. As a Porsche brand "Porschephile" it bothers me that NA Customer Service just dismisses my problems, though well documented in a class action lawsuit, as non issues and not subject to any consideration? |
