Hello Gloss-it family, friends, customers, and Signature Detailers! I'm the newest addition to the Gloss-it team - but that does not mean the hazing can start yet. HA!
I'm new to Rich's team but my whole life I've shared the same passion for autos and perfection just like all of you. My role with the company is to help Rich keep Gloss-it growing by taking some of his online responsibilities off his back. I'll be the "techie" guy if I need a label.
Look to me for forum support and storefront support - I'm still learning the in's and out's of his product line. I do have extensive experience with auto appearance products - but I'm making the move from "Fiat Panda" level of products to Rich's "Porsche GTR 2" level of products.
What'd I'd greatly appreciate is if you all took a look at our forum and our storefront and shot me any ideas, tweaks, changes, or alterations you'd like to see. You can expect over the new several weeks and months to see a lot of changes - all designed to make your online experience with Gloss-it give you the same level of satisfaction, performance, and ease as his products give you.
