Revo tuned over the weekend...with dyno graphs!

Well...decided to bite the bullet and get flashed over the weekend. I went to an APR dealer but when they scanned my ECU he said APR doesn't have a chip for my ECU yet (weird). So I opted for my next choice...Revo. I'm happy with the hp numbers (I guess) but the torque is very disappointing to me (LESS than stock!). Anyone think this is strange.....or is this to be expected? The car is a 2007 Cayman S and the only performance mod (if you can call it that) is de-snorkel.

Onto the dyno graphs:

Stock:
296.3bhp (corrected)
256.6 tq

Revo tuned:
303.0 bhp (corrected)
255.5 tq

I'm no Dyno expert, but . . .

Did you only do 1 pull before and after?

Seems like the difference in results could be within the standard deviation for a given run; so in other words, it doesn't look like much of an improvement to me.

Don't suppose this is why you just signed up for the Softronic Race Plenum by any chance?

Because I have the Softronic cable on the way and plan to re-map to the Softronic software soon. I'm unhappy with the Revo results....lossing torque isn't what I'm here for...know what I mean? By the time the GB gets finished and I receive my throttle body/ plenum the Revo will be gone. Also....I wont receive my GB stuff for over a month...so I'll have plenty of time to adapt to the Softronic flash.

We did 3 or 4 pulls (and I have them on HD video by the way!). The stock pulls remained the same (within reason). Out of all the Revo pulls...this one was the best.....all the others made less power.
