there is no substitute..

hi guys,
i thought i'd share this with you,
i few month ago i posted that i sold my cayman & looking for a sensible 4d sedan, & almost landed a jag xf, i did an about face & bought a beautiful 97 993 in ocean blue/grey w/45k & every record in awesome condition, my wife still can't beleive i did this, but i feel like my blood is rushing again, what a fantastic car, i made my case that it has back seats good for my children(4 & 7), i don't think it went well, but we have an 09 mazda 6 anyway for family hauling, there is no substitute..

Re: there is no substitute..

I LOVE the 993. Getting in and out with the kids will be a PITA but probably well worth it. And with 45K miles, that car has a long way to go...enjoy it now cuz when your 4 and 7 year olds are driving, your insurance will go through the roof! I speak from experience.

Re: there is no substitute..

I did it in reverse: sold my 993 to buy my CS. The 993 is a wonderful ride and makes a nice daily driver. IMO the best of the air cooled 911s. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
