Based upon the "Buy it now" prices on eBay, you should be able to knock a couple of grand off that price from a dealer and maybe go down to $30k from a PP.

Yeah, that's what I plan to do. Offer $30k or lower. Save the money and get some mod. Should I be concern with the high miles?

I agree that it seems pricey for an 06. I hope this will provide a little perspective. Was at my local dealer today and they had an '08 S with 166 miles on it for $49k. With the options on it, that price represents $17k off of MSRP.

Knock it down to 30k, but do a PPI before finalizing the deal.

Have them do the 40k service before you take delivery. That will save you some cash.
