Good leasing deal on a new 2008 Cayman?
I found a dealer who is offering a 3 year lease on a new 2008 Cayman for $669 a month, no money down, tiptronic and navigation, 10,000 miles per year. There was no breakdown of the numbers in the ad. A quick search gave me $56,580 as the MSRP.
This sounds like a good deal to me, but I would like to hear from the experts here.
Thanks!

It seems a little high for a base '08 model, especially with only 10K miles.
The problem with leasing some of the '08 models is that they actually can cost more than a new '09 model.
However, you get great '08 deals if you straight up buy one. Anyway, you should be able to get the car for at least $46,580. I would start there and see what the dealer says.
Hope that helps, and good luck!

At that amount monthly I would expect it to be a CS, seems a bit high to me.

Re: Good leasing deal on a new 2008 Cayman?
I got an offer for $589/mo + $1k down for a new '08 with a few less options than that- MSRP $53k.
Depending on the numbers, you're probably looking at about $42k for the car, or 25% off MSRP. The offer I received is 30% off MSRP ($38k- less than many used Caymans!).
I'm heading over tonight

Re: Good leasing deal on a new 2008 Cayman?
You can find a base for $39k, add a few thousand for your options (nav, tip, etc...), and figure $42k at most for that vehicle.
If you bought it, took out a 72 mth loan for $42k at 5% (I believe Porsche has better rates on new cars), your payment would be $676 a month.
After 3 years, you'd owe about $22k on it. I wouldn't recommend such a long term, but that gets you the same payment.
I should lease since I seem to switch cars every few years, but I hate the idea of "renting"...

I leased exclusively on 4 BMW's since 1993. Last October I finally bought a nice, loaded CPO BMW 3 Series and now several months later I have come down with an intense case of Cayman fever!
