does this lease price sound good on a 09 cs?

There is a cs i'm looking at in the east coast and I'm getting quoted $920/month for a 09 cs. It is has a sticker of $70,049. this is 0 down, no drive-offs other then first payment.

Just curious how that compares to others with 09 lease right now,

I presume the 920 is not including local tax?

Oh, also:
-what money factor (or interest rate)?
-how many miles per year?
-is this part of their 1st mile program?
-what is your tax rate?
-do you know what residual percentage they are using?

If this is a 36 month, 10k miles per year on a CS PDK then its a pretty fair deal

How many miles a year? I pay $1099 a month for 15K with zero down on a loaded '09 CS.

If it's 12K a year, it's a good deal...
