Any changes to lease rates for April, 2011?

Would like to know if base MF rate or residual changed this month, specifically looking for Cayman S with PDK, 3 year, 12k/year.
    Any rates yet for 2012's?

Not sure about programs other than I did hear that Porsche has or will be offering an early return program where they will waive 12 months remaining payments if you take delivery of a 2011 or 2012 model Cayman, Boxster or 911. Not sure if anyone else has heard this...

They've had that program for a while, didn't know they extended it for 2012's though. Part of that program was also paying up to 3 lease payments on another brand, I'll have to check if they extended that also. May use it on my wife's 350Z, which she isn't driving much anyway.

    Special MF for 36 month lease .00158 for both 2011 and 2012 mid-engine cars, residual at 36 months/12k miles for 11' and 12' CS PDK = 53%

Also available is a staggering .00070 MF if you choose the 18 month lease term.

Did rates go up, or are they the same as last month?
I thought I saw somewhere that residuals dropped for 2011's, is that true?

Boxster Spyder residuals are 52% 12K miles for 36 months, 62% for 24 months, and I've been quoted .00158 for Tier 1. Dealers get a "buy rate" of .00118 and some will offer that as special.
