None in Hawaii that I know of, but you could be the first! We saw the kits first hand at Croctoberfest last week, everyone seemed impressed, especially those who DROVE the car.

Its on my mind, but there are still some other mods I want to do before I get that. Maybe in the near future. The only problem is there a shop qualified enought that it can put it on the car properly.

The TPC kits all have the same pieces and the same piggy-back ecu so all will perform within 2 to 3 percent of each other. Since the kit is a bolt-on, there isn't too much to screw up if they follow the directions and call TPC if there is a question with the install. If you are comfortable now with a shop doing work on your car, they should be able to deal with it.

As for doing some mods before the turbo, look at the parts for the kit and don't buy anything already on their list. They can deal with new headers and they are good for a 15 to 20 hp gain over their numbers.

Tach, thanks for the info.

I have been eyeing the list. I guess my Capristo system should work ok, but I'll double check with TPC when I'm ready to make the move.

Your exhaust will not work. You need the exhaust included in their kit. The turbo is located in the exhaust, and the waste gate. Their exhaust looks very nice.

My concern is how will the engine hold up in track service,, since it is left untouch. The compression ratio remains the same. Has anyone that tracks their car used the TPC turbo for how long?

Will the turbo kit work with aftermarket headers like Capristo ?
