I can't wait for the snow to melt here and will be making the trip down for my first DE of the 2009 season. Any of you zone 2 guys going to attend?

Please excuse me. But, I haven't joined PCA yet and plan on doing so by this weekend. I assume this event at VIR is held through PCA, thus requiring a PCA membership to attend. Since I am new to PCA (will be), what do I have to do after I pay for my membership to attend this event? Lets say I submit my online PCA form on Saturday, can I sign up for this track day right after the order processes or do I have to wait for my membership card to arrive in the mail a couple weeks later?... Also the price, what does one of these events cost? I've seen prices from $250-$350 which is kind of steep for me, but I'm sure it's worth it when it's all said and done. I simply want to know what I have to do to participate in this event and join the fun.

If you haven't been to VIR yet, you're going to love it! It's a great, and very challenging track. DO NOT lift coming through Turn 10!

I've been to VIR a number of times, so I passed up this event for one at Roebling Road in May. (Alas, my track days per year are limited.)

I won't be there now... after assuring me the car would be finished MANY times, my body shop didn't get the job done. Needless to say these people will never get my business again.
