Definately in MI. I have seen a black Cayman locally, but not too many 'round these parts...

When I was picking up my CS at the dealer, there was at least other one that was going to be picked the next day. So there must a hand up of new caymans living in Mi.

Mine will be here soon. Do you guys do any AutoX or Track Days? What cities are you in? Maybe we can get together in spring.

I live about 2 miles from the Waterford Hill track. AutoX is done in the Pine Knob parking lot.

My CS was built in November and I picked it up on Nov. 29th `07.
Interested in DE and AutoX.
I live near Bay City, not too far north of you off I-75.
Let me know when your car arrives.

too bad though...i think waterford track is closed, permanently.
i did an open track event there in 06 and loved it.
im in kalamazoo, btw...gingerman raceway territory.

I have not heard anything about it being closed, the Waterford Hill website has a lot of 2008 events listed. SE Michigan P club has DE's scheduled for 2008 too...

Im a recent transplant to MI...living in Royal Oak right now. I have seen a handful of caymans running around here.

Kalamazoo in the Club. Waiting to have the CS delivered from wintering in Florida. Supposed to be here Monday, but will be in Detroit for Tigers home opener. Gingerman is really safe. Gratton has some blind and fun apexes...and one hell of a long front straight.

hey jjr...e mailed you back this morning.
gingerman has open track nights (test & tune) tue-thur nights after 5. (at least they always have...hope for this year again).
also, i am going to mid ohio DE in april...would be fun to get a w. mich group of caymans!

i was in mi for a whole week and didn't see one porsche while i was there. i drove all over mi and all i saw were cars that were rusted through. sucked.
