Any Cayman owners in Columbus, Ohio?

I've only seen 2 on the street, both were white so possibly the same owner. And there's a silver one in the OSU Med parking garage.

Caymans In Columbus, OH

I have a Black on Black CS and know of several others here in town. Two white ones, a silver, a couple other blacks and spotted a speed yellow one last week. Three of us (Silver, White and Black) have GT3 style black grill mesh in all of the openings on the front and sides (the masterful work of fellow CC member jcopeland). It looks fantastic!

Hey, any pics of your car?

I'll be in a white Cayman S in a week or so. Where did you get the grille work done? Any reputable Porsche mechanic/shop in Columbus?

I might want a shop to install some lowering springs.

I also have a Black on Black CS. The only Cayman I see regularly is a Black Cayman and it is always near Polaris Parkway.

Chris at Byers Porshe might be of help locating of help locating a mechanic for you.

Hi folks,
I got my basalt black on beige Cayman in December. I'm in Clintonville and have seen another black CS.

Smile Silver Cayman Spotting

Was out for a spin on Riverside Drive Saturday and passed a Silver Cayman heading south. Warms the heart to see another one on the road...

That might have been John_Copeland (cayman club member). He has a sliver CS, drives it daily and lives off Riverside drive.

If you saw black foglight spears and black grill mesh on the front, it was likely John.

Man! I miss driving mine. I have only had it out once in the last two months!

osumce, was that you driving down Kenny Road tonight?
I was on Lane at the stoplight and saw a black CS pass by. It's the 2nd time I seen it. Once I followed it in my WRX around South Campus Gateway. Btw, the CS looks really nice on the road. I wonder how my car looks!

Nope, not me. I was out and about a bit tonight, but my Cayman isn't an S. Regardless, I'm sure your Cayman looks equally stunning out on the road!

Join MORPCA (Mid Ohio Regional Porsche Club of America) --spirited drives to regional wineries, Mid Ohio Sports Car Course events, etc) and sign up for Porsches2Oxford (Porsches2Oxford.com), where about 300 Porsche owners will take over the town for a couple days of fun, comraderie, and relaxation. Congrats on your new CS...let the fun begin.

Cheers!
Mike

As already mentioned, join the MOR PCA and register for the Mid Ohio event in May.

I'll be there.

If you are willing to spend a bit more, try the Mid Ohio School. I've done the 2 day High Performance school and 3 day version of the same school. Loved it even the second time and got a lot out of it. Besides this "local" driving school, there is Skip Barber and Bondurant. I did the 4 day driving school at Bondurant as my first track driving experience and have been hooked ever since. Great driver instruction and one awesome experience! I'll never forget it.
