Columbus and NE OH Road Trip

I am in the process of planning my first road trip in my C2.7. The trip will start in Cincinnati and end in Youngstown. I am planning to just take I-71 up to Columbus, but from there I started thinking that it would be fun to take the back roads, see some of the real Ohio, and spend some time getting to know my car. Does anyone around Columbus or NE Ohio have any suggestions on some good routes to consider?

Mohican State Park near Loudenville (east of Mansfield) and Amish country (Millersburg- just east of there) are great areas to romp in your new Porsche. Have fun! Watch out for horse and buggies with no lights or signage.
