Red Cayman on Euclid Tuesday - JRW?

I spotted a red Cayman coming in the opposite direction of my CS on Tuesday night about 8 on Euclid Avenue in Madeira. I waved but could not see the driver. Was that you JRW? What a great night for a ride with lots of P-cars out and even a 512 BB.

Regards,
Steve

That was not me, so it appears there is another Guards Red Cayman owner here in Cincinnati. Have they joined this site yet?

There is also a black Cayman I regularly see in the Blue Ash area. Is the owner of that Cayman lurking around here?

I have a midnight blue Cayman that quite often looks black depending on the lighting and live in Blue Ash but honestly have only seen 1 other Cayman in Blue Ash a while back- white. Lots of Boxters. Wierd timing - I just "found" this site a couple days ago.

Nur Deutsch, welcome to the club! Glad you found the site.

I have seen the black C2.7 twice now in the past week along Kenwood Rd. and waved to the driver, who waved back, so I don't think it was you. Must be another one in the area? I remember seeing the white one awhile back too now that you mention it. I haven't seen it for a couple of months though. I agree that there are loads of Boxsters in the Blue Ash area!

Do you have the C2.7 or CS? Have you had a chance to upload a photo yet?

JRW

I'm in the Kenwood area fairly often but have not seen the phantom black Cayman but I'll keep my eyes open. I guess I lead a sheltered motoring existence. I can count on one hand the number of Cayman sightings on the road other than yours at the covered bridge ride. Boxsters? By the hundreds!

JRW -
it's a 2.7 but disguised as a CS - it has a dual exhaust pipe and absolutely no lettering on the back lid. Purists would know the difference since the pipes are oval and not rectangular on the S. I just registered the car but not having luck uploading the pix as my camera's lowest quality setting is still too large for the site to accept it but I'll eventually get that done.

Nur Deutsch...

I think I may have seen you last Tuesday evening (June 24) going north on I-71 around 275 and Pheiffer at about 5:30pm. I was going south so, I didn't get to see if it had been debadged. Was that you?

That area is in my stomping grounds but don't think I was there at that time. Finally got a pix loaded. Will be out a couple weeks but when I get back headed up to the P2O event on the 28th.
