Details:
For those heading out from NJ or points east, we'll be meeting here between 7 - 7:30AM.

We'll get some coffee and jump right back on the highway heading west towards Hershey.

I was actually asking Nick about you! What time did you get there? Was Nick_USA still there?

I was all over the place until around 3PM when I took a walk over to the Mercedes dealership.

Here's the meeting point for everyone heading to the show from NJ and points east.

According to google, we're still 90 minutes away from Hershey from this point. I'm thinking of getting to this spot between 9-9:30AM

OK this is one event that I am going to

. I just filled out my PCA app 3 days ago

I'm not sure about the pre-meet up yet, but I'll definitely be at the Hershey event!

Edit: Just looked up the preliminary meeting spot and is too far away. I'll see you guys at the event though.

Should we all park together etc?

Pete, still scheduling Hershey, but I won't be meeting you guys at Easton. That's the wrong way for me to go (Easton is north of me). I'll be driving south on I-95 hooking up with Penn Turnpike to Hershey.

I have a feeling trying to park together is going to be impossible to do due to the size of the event. Right now I'm thinking of maybe setting a time where we can all meet at a certain spot, like the PCA tent or CDOC truck. After some introductions, we can then figure out who can stay for dinner, etc.

Pete.... plenty of parking! Though you may have to walk a bit to the event.... but really not bad at all. I met up with some firends lets year 12+cars.... no problem finding group spots.

I'm planning to go to the meet, but I don't know if I'll be able to stick around long enough to join y'all for dinner.

I might be in. If so, I would try to meet up for the drive. Limerock is also an option though.

Pete, you did too good finding all of these events. We need to add more weekends to the year for everything going on.

Yeah, too much stuff for one weekend. Too bad the swap meet is only 1-day. I figure we have a few more Lime Rock events this year while Hershey is once a year, so Hershey wins for me.

That's one issue I want to pose to the caravan group. Do we want to meet earlier? Right now if we meet at the I-78/Rt-33 junction between 9-9:30, we probably won't get to Hershey until around 11AM.

We can have the caravan meet earlier if the folks in NJ and NY want, but I'll leave that up to you. I'll be in PA already on Friday night so an earlier time on Saturday won't be a problem for me. I'll have a co-driver so falling asleep (again) while on the highway shouldn't be an issue this time!

Those that want to get there very early should head directly out. The caravan will be fun, but we don't want to hold you back on the early bird bargins! We'll figure out how to get everyone together for lunch/dinner after the show.

OK, just bumping this topic to the top and making it a sticky since April is here.

I need some help for those that are familiar with the Hershey area.

I would like to have a late lunch/early dinner after the swap meet. It'll be a great chance for some of the members from PA, MD and other areas to get to know some of the NJ/NY guys. So, what's good around there?

I've made a new section on the first post of this thread for the dinner participants.
