Pulled the trigger on an '08 CS - Seattle

I pick her up a week from tomorrow, Meteor Grey and Turbo Wheels, will list a full spec and add my VIN to the registry after the road trip home. I'm from Seattle and will be taking my first road trip in the new car driving north from Carrera Motors in Bend Oregon.

Congrats, welcome to the owners club. Love that Meteor Grey! Please post full specs so we can all enjoy your new ride. Don't forget PICS.

May I ask why you didn't wait for the '09 facelift? Did you get a deal too good to pass up or just love the current Cayman as is?

I think I know of this car. If I'm correct, it is an interesting custom order that for some reason didn't result in a purchase. I hope you get nice weather for your drive.

Thanks guys

Reply to boobernackle, I prefer the current looks to what I've seen of the '09 face lift. I don't mind passing on the potential of DFI/hp gain next year, if I ever feel the need to upgrade my horses, theres always that borla exhaust (thanks gatorbite for great post) and the intake plenum. After driving this car once I knew it was the Porsche I've always wanted.

Also bluone, you've peaked my interest, I'll ask them when I go down there if it was a custom order, I'm not sure if they are options a dealer would order on a normal inventory car.
