Question Autocross Schedule for North Fl. area

Hi all,
Will do the required disclaimer that I have reviewed Search/FAQs and the search items that popped up when I initiated this thread. I have also contacted multiple legal aide societies, medical authorities and the the President (to maintain full disclosure, he never returned my call) prior to posting. Need the input of you racing types. Bought my Cayman with the purpose of autocrossing to break the stress/boredom of professional life. While looking for potential venues I found the following:
April 19- Sarasota Kennel Club (PCA)
April 26- Lake Co. Training Facility, Tavarres (PCA)
May 3- Georgia Motorsports Park (SCCA) (near Valdosta)
May 24- Zonefest 2009 in Mt. Dora, Fl (PCA)
Really looking forward to taking my son and the Cayman out to see what we can do. Appreciate any additional info or autocrosses you guys may know about. Any easier way of finding an autocross than going to each individual region?
Bob

Smile Re: Autocross Schedule for North Fl. area

Applying your disclaimer to my response, try the following clubs websites:
Citrus Region, PCA
Space Coast Region, PCA
Suncoast Region, PCA
Buccaneer Region, SCCA
Central Florida Region, SCCA
Orlando Sports Car Club

I can tell you that the Florida Crown Region does not currently have their own autocross schedule, but does autocrosses with the North Florida Corvette Club at the St. Augustine Fire and Rescue Training Center on SR16.

Oh, and Grassroots Motorsports Magazine (published for the past 30 years or so in Palm Coast) may have a website with a schedule of autocrosses. They are The Dudes when it comes to folks who do a lot of autocrossing.
