ugh. Hopefully it's something simple, like a fuse. Good luck.

Re: Lsrpca de 6/13-6/14

Well, I was on my first run and on my second lap, between turns 3 and 4, it the engine went quiet. Was a bit scary for a second but I safely stopped on the side. I called Porsche Road Assistance and they sent a recker. I took it to Porsche west on I-10 and waiting for Monday morning when Service opens up. I will keep you guys updated. I hope my Croc will be ok.

I forgot to say that when I tried to crank it up later on, it seems like it wants to crank but just stops short of starting. I also had done a maintainance at the dealership a week ago. I hope it is not something they caused. But, we will see tomorrow.

Seems strange that it would happen just after having it serviced. Keep us posted. I am due for my first service in about a week. I think I will use Porsche North Houston.

Well, it turns out to be the Fuel Pump. I just dont understand how the fuel pump can go bad with only 6,200 miles on the car. What would cause it to go out so early. The dealer would not give me any explanation.

I am happy for you that it is only the fuel pump . As that is a warranty repair. Sometimes parts just break and there is no other explanation other than that. It just broke.
