Coffee and Cars for Zone 13, April 19

I thought we'd organize a coffee and cars informal GTG for April 19 (it's a saturday morning). Before we decide on a place, we should get an idea of who's up for this. That way, we can decide on the most advantageous geographic location. Who's in?

I think I could make it...

MAYBE in a Cayman S even...we are getting close to putting a deal together...

If not, it will be in an S2000, still fun to drink coffee and talk cars either way.

Any update on this? Is there a GTG on the 19th, if so, what are the particulars?

This is entirely my fault - your fearless and intrepid moderator had his car completely totaled a few days ago and I am in frantic negotiations with the insurance company. Perhaps we can postpone this for a couple of weeks or one of you can arrange something. I'm sorry to have fallen down on this, but......sh#t happens, and it happened to my cayman.

Given what you've got to be dealing with a small gap in fearless and intrepid is more than understandable. I stink at setting this kind of thing up but if I can help coordinate something during your period of mourning I'm happy to help.

Doesn't sound like you were hurt always a good thing obviously. The car can be replaced/repaired.

Sounds fine to me. Maybe I'll be back in manual transmission driving shape by then and won't have to have the wife drive me or worse come in the Subaru.

Best of luck in your negotiations with the insurance company.
