Just saw my first Cayman in Chicago (I'm amazed I haven't seen anything until now). Speed yellow, driving south on Waukegan Avenue. Nice to see from a distance, looked sharp.


Spotted any others yet?

I ordered my car 3 months ago and keep my eye out for Caymans. I haven't seen one on the road ever. I've driven from Nashville to Savannah, GA and back and from Nashville to Atlanta a few times, and from Nashville to Southern Alabama and back. Not once have I seen a Cayman S. I have seen several 911s though.

I saw one two weekends ago at the intersection of Columbus and Roosevelt...it was Artic Silver with the Carrera Sport Wheels...looked very very nice...cant' wait to get mine

nope, even in downtown there's just Cayennes and Carreras (and this 996 turbo I see almost everyday)

I'm driving around downtown everyday and I have still not seen a single one???

Very few indeed. I am from Vancouver, BC, Canada & travel a bit. Spotted a Silver one in LA, and this week, a Cobalt Blue one in New York, Time Square. I m picking up my Brand new Artic Silver Cayman Snext week & will be driving it around, if in Vancouver watch for it.

I was out in LA area over the weekend, and finally saw my first Cayman; an Arctic Silver on Avenida Encina in Carlsbad. In two hours of wandering downtown Laguna Beach, I saw: 4 red Ferraris, 2 black Lotus (Loti?) Exiges, too many Boxsters and Carreras to count, a few Jaguar convertibles and a brand new yellow Lamborghini (no idea which model). But nary a single Cayman. To me, California really is the 'Golden Paradise;' I saw more 'exotic' cars inthree days than I see around Harrisburg, PA, in six months.

I live in southeast LA Countyand have yet to see one on the streets. I guess this part of the country will just have to wait for mine to arrive.

I don't see too many but I hope to see more as the summer progresses. Don't be a stranger and wave!
