Guys and Gals,

We always wanted a meet in the Chicagoland area before Christmas but time and weather didn't allow.

I would like to organize a local meet so we can all get to know one another personally, have some good eats and drinks, and talk cars or whatever. Plus take some pics for the site!!

There are a lot more Chicagoland area members on the forum now so we should be able to get a good group together.

How about something for March or April if weather allows? Who would be interested and available?

Lets start to get an idea of who is around and we can determine a firm place and date from there. Maybe even a scheduled cruise or shop meet?

Count me in. I'm about 90 miles from Chicago.

How about Chicago indoor racing for some go kart action followed by Wildfire since they have safe parking and great steaks

I'm just across the border in WI and will come if I'm in town. I'm scheduled to be on a trip for a couple of weeks in late March into the first few days of April. Hopefully, I'll be in town when you guys decide to have a meet and maybe I'll have my Cayman by then.

March is tricky for me. I'm only available on Sundays and have a friend from NY coming in on the 24th. I'm showing her and her boss around town for a few days.

How about an April Fool's Day meet?

The 8th is Easter, which doesn't work. I would love to bring my new CS to meet other fellow forum members and their vehicles.
I'm open to meeting anyplace within 1-2 hours of Chicago.

Sad to say, but I forgot all about Easter. Unfortunately with my job I tend to forget about holidays. Has any one else given any thought to a date for our meet?

Sorry to be so late jumping in. I won't have my car out of storage until April 7 or 14 (it's at our house in Michigan), but I'd like to meet y'all if you do get together.

Will, I am there dude! I try to look for excuses to not work on weekends, pulling 60-hour weeks as it is. I have been not driving my CS on wet days, so I would save up miles for the meets and DAs.

Hey, Mike (moleculo), aren't you the dude working in Oakbrook Terrace here in Two TransAm plaza and you leave around 3PM most of the time? I see a blue '06 CS right now from my window.

I might be up for it...Are any of you guys gonna be at the Spring Tech Session at Northstar Motorsports in Barrington on March 25th?...I already signed up for the Novice DE at Blackhawk and plan on doing most of the PCA autocross events...hopefully I will see some of you guys out there...

Nope not me. I work in Lincolnwood and leave around 6 pm.
