This Cayman Snoob is playing hookie tomorrow to take pics at this years Monterey Festival of Speed @Laguna, anyone from SfBay going? ...the cruise down is spiritual; well, pretty much the whole day is!

RightOn man! Should be a beautiful weekend.

I like to shoot photos on light crowd & photog practice days; lack the pro creds to get up super close , but Laguna's awesome. Usually watch the actual races from the comfort of the recliner.

Always a great time.

Perfect driving conditions to and from the track (Peninsula to Monterey; and back)...clear roads and ultra light traffic. Return trip took the Bonny Doon (waved to a chap in white Cayman at base of Bonny)/Pine Flat/Empire Grade/Jamison Creek/236/9/35/92 return route...phew! That was fun! CS loves the Santa Cruz hills and canyons
