It is a Shame, that when Terry does eventually get back to the UK (OK Wales....) from Bahrain - He will be bringing his GT3 (Turncoat) with him - although it will be left hand drive.......... I am sure he will have fun on the track with it. (If he can keep it on the track!!!!!)

However, having had the pleasure of watching him at Brands Hatch this time last year in the 'Red Dragon', I wonder why he is selling it? Really it was very special to watch him mixing it with works GT3 Cup cars and 'real' drivers..... and beating them....

Anyway Terry will always be remembered by the UK CaymanClub - His modification programme (including 6 or 7 exhaust changes) helped us to get to where we are today and as such, he is now selling the Third most Modified Cayman in the UK.

lol its a nice car but to say it faster than GT3 works cars is a little far feteched.

Look at the real times these cars post on race day

I was at Brands Hatch, this time last year on a 'Porsche Only Track Day' with the UK Porsche Club of Great Britain - Cayman Register Secretary - Alan Armstrong...........

I took Alan round the Brands Hatch 'Indy Circuit' in the 'Yellow Peril' and then arranged a drive for him with Terry.............

In between, we watched Terry 'mix it' with GT3 Cup Cars...... On a short technical circuit like the Brands Hatch Indy Circuit - there are no long straights......... No advantage for Horsepower - every advantage for Balance and Control - which the Cayman Has........... Plus the 350 BHP Terry's Cayman puts out.............

Heard somebody was talking about me!! Car is sold to some lucky 15 year old who is being trained to be a professional race driver. Car will be garaged at Bedford Autodrome and is apparently being fitted with full cage, race dampers, brakes etc. Im sure you will see him at some point. Apparently he has a F430 as well....

I think you should let some "normal" people have a go at picking up your ex-Cayman stuff first. The two horders above will never get the use out them like us people who actually use their cars!!

Go on then...guess who bought my car. A clue - football.

Not many parts left. A stock of ok track tyres (pilot cups x 6 tyres). Set of black wheels + kumo track tyres. Original headers. Seats were sold with the car. Roof rack (Karel). Im afraid the cayman is worth about the price of a new mondeo at the moment.

I sold my GT3 also - locking the hatches in anticipation of tough times ahead. Good while it lasted though.

Roman Abramovic bought it for his 15 year old son as a xmas present. Apparently he already bought him a F430 which is garaged at Bedford Autodrome but its proving too much of a handful on the track...hence the downgrade to a Cayman! I hear that they want to fit the car with a full cage / new brake system / dampers etc. It will be garaged at Bedford also..

I decided to get shot of the GT3 in September after just a few months. The world is too volatile to have cash tied up in cars right now - especially if I have to get the hell out of here quickly. Pootling around in the GT3 knowing that my mates were suffering in the UK just didnt feel right.

Im off to mexico to visit the outlaws for xmas - leaving tonight. Want to wish you all a merry xmas and happy new year. Its been a lot of fun running the cayman and having friends like you guys. Hopefully trackdays will feel like fun rather than sin when the economy picks up again...might be some time though. Keep in touch boyos.
