ECU Upgrade

Hi all, just looking into having my '06 Cayman S ECU remapped, got a couple of options available to me but not sure which one to go for!!!

Has anyone had this done before, got any advice or even know more about the two companys Im looking at doing the work.

Deatils of the re-map are as below, Paramount are based in Slough and Angel will come and do it at your door.

At the moment I am more inclined to go with the Paramount option.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Paramount Performance
: Paramount Performance Ltd - Car Tuning, ECU Remapping, Diesel Tuning

Cayman 3.4s ecu upgrade inc before and after dyno runs - £350.00 + vat = £402.50 (15bhp)

Cayman 3.4s air filter supplied and fitted £70.00 + vat = £80.50 (Guarenteed for 1 Million Miles)

Angel Tuning:
Chip Tuning VW, BMW, Audi and Alfa Romeo - Angel Tuning

Our charge for the 3.4 is £310.00 including VAT. This price includes the engine tuning work to add up to 17bhp, (18lb ft torque) pre and post testing, acceleration testing and travel to your home or workplace.

Re: ECU Upgrade

Not familiar with either output, but again the HP gains seems to be pretty high so I'd want some sort of verification of the claims on my own car and a money back guarantee if not satisfied. There are plenty of other options available from our sponsors here that have been thoroughly tested, simply do a search and/or check the Articles section.

Re: ECU Upgrade

for UK work I would either go with

softtronic do it yourself

Parr Porsche tuning

Autofarm

those would be my UK top 3 not in any order, that's upto you to decide.
