OPC Warranty - Not covered?
Took my CS to local OPC to get a few rattles and squeaks sorted, specifically:

1) Driver's side wing mirror whistling above 40mph with the window down
2) Squeaky clutch pedal (only audible from the outside of the car)
3) Rattle from trunk area

Response back was:

1) Door mirror has clearly had some form of impact and requires a new door mirror base plate and housing - £450
3) Actuating rod needs lubrication - £135
2) Botched repair on trunk and clips are broken - £66

None of which are covered by my extended OPC warranty as these individual components are not covered.

Am I being unreasonable to be thinking that they should be covered?

Tell Me............. This is the Guildford OPC........?

1) if the Door Mirror Has Had Impact Enough to Disturb the Base Plate - The Whole Door Mirror will Need Replacing....? (Are there any scratches?)
2) Squeaky Clutch..... £135? Bring It Over to my Gaff @ Camberley for a Free Cup Of Coffee and a Squirt of Lube....
3) Who Botched the Repair? Clips = £15 Max......... Plus I will Offer Cookies.. a Drive in the 'Yellow Peril' + More Fun than you can have in an Afternoon.......

It Was Guildford OPC - Wasn't it?.................

Sorry - If I lived In Bolton - I Would Support Bolton OPC - Wholeheartedly....... All accounts = Splendid Folk................ (But too Far to Travel)

Even Reading OPC - Porsche GB HQ are 'Wonderful'.............
