Every time I try to download a file, I get this error.

"vBulletin Message
Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 27 seconds before you may download another file."

Santa Fe had this once, and it had to do with a cookie having a corrupted time/date stamp in it, thus the site thinks you just downloaded a file within the last minute and there is a 30 second or 1 minute buffer between downloads I think to help space out the file downloading process. Once Santa Fe changed computers or maybe it was his ISP I don't recall which, then it worked perfectly fine for him. You might check with him for specifics on how he fixed this.

What worked for me was a hard re-set of the satellite modem and clearing the cache in Safari.
