Some of you have been asking about the new links in the upper left hand corner as well as some owners of other Porsche models have been asking for more information from the Cayman site or a site of their own.
Well as of now, if you are in the Registered Users group here and ONLY that group you can see the new site structures by clicking on the links in the upper left corner of the page.
BoxsterBoard.com - Powered by vBulletin for Boxsters
PanameraPit.com - Powered by vBulletin for Panameras
If you are in other user groups here, such as a regional usergroup, or cayman insiders, or site supporters, etc. the new sites will not show up correctly for you yet when you log into those other sites. You can, however, logout and look at them as a visitor and they will show up correctly for the most part.
I know all the links are not established yet and all the add-ons that we have here on the Cayman site are not fully functional yet either, but as I said this is a "preview" of what is to come. If you are a registered usergroup member only I invite you to even make some posts on the new sites. One thing Boxster owners might notice is if they post in the Boxster forum on the Cayman site it shows up on the Boxster site and vice-versa, that's because eventually our forums here will move over there.
In essence we are creating a "family" of sites and aiming for as streamlined of a user experience as possible. We are still in the beta testing stages but hope to have the new sites launched shortly.
Take a look and let me know what you think...
