Bug that shows up for some reason from time to time, I'll have to manually edit those accounts. I've had to do this a few times since we migrated, not sure what the cause of the bug actually is.

Maybe you're just not keeping up with the pace of some newer and younger members?

It is interesting to note that 2 to the power of 32 (ie., maximum 32 bit integer value) is 4,294,967,295. That would make these counts small negative integers possibly. Looks like there is a bug where something is counting backwards.

Re: 4,294,967,295 Posts?

It is possible, I guess, that if they had zero posts in the forum that if they make a post in the gallery or classifieds it is supposed to add to their post total, but possibly if one of those add-ons reduced that number for say a photo or ad that was removed maybe it changed it to -1 which then got changed to the higher number. Obviously something happened with each, but I don't know what exactly to cause it to happen. I've reported it to our developer to take under advisement.

2 to the 32 power is actually one more than 4,294,967,295 the number ends with 296.

Computers start counting from zero, so there are 2 to the 32 integers starting with 0 (if the computer uses 32 bit integer representation). The 4,294,967,296th integer value counting in this fashion is actually 1 less.

OMFG. When that counter hits zero...

This does bring up another point. I am frankly a bit embarrassed at time by the sheer volume of posts I have generated over the years. Any way to hide my total?

And I am not familiar with what either might have done over the last couple of weeks to generate that. Let me go take a look and see again. The developer has this on their "to do" list of items to fix...
